This online course enables participants to earn certification for Sail Canada Celestial Navigation, or ASA 107, which are prerequisites for Offshore Cruising certification. It covers techniques to determine position based on sights of the sun, moon, four navigational planets, and 57 navigational stars. It also includes content addressing Sail Canada's new Emergency Navigation standard.
